112 學年畢業典禮家長邀請函注意事項

日期：113年6月1日(六)9:30典禮開始-請於9:00前入座完畢

地點：體育館六樓觀禮席

說明：

1.因場地座位有限，本館會場須憑邀請函入場，無法補發，敬請妥善保管。

2.邀請函以上台受獎同學親友優先領用(每位同學配額2張)，1張邀請函限1人入場。

3.請於體育館1樓入口處，依循工作人員指引排隊入場。

4.入場後邀請函將做記號作廢，無法重複使用。為管制驗證，中途若臨時需離開體育館，會以其他通行證明辨識。

Notice for Graduation Ceremony Invitations

Date: Saturday, June 1, 2024
Time: Ceremony starts at 9:30 AM - Please be seated by 9:00 AM
Location: 6th Floor Viewing Area, Gymnasium

Instructions:

1. Due to limited seating, entry to the venue requires an invitation. Replacements cannot be issued, so please keep your invitation safe.

2. Invitations are primarily distributed to the family and friends of students receiving awards on stage (2 invitations per student). One invitation admits one person.

3. Please queue for entry at the 1st-floor entrance of the gymnasium following the guidance of the staff.

4. Invitations will be marked and voided upon entry, making them unusable for re-entry. If you need to leave the gymnasium temporarily, an alternative proof of entry will be provided for re-admittance.
