Graduation Ceremony Date: June 1st, 2024 (Saturday)

Guest Seating Area Instructions:

 I. [Sixth Floor of the Gymnasium] - Please be seated by 9:00 AM.

  1.Due to limited seating (approximately 250 seats), guests attending this venue must present their invitation letter for entry. Please queue up at the entrance of the gymnasium on the first floor and follow the instructions of the staff.

  2.The invitation letter will be marked as invalid upon entry and cannot be reused. For verification purposes, if you need to leave the gymnasium temporarily, your hand will be stamped for re-entry.

 II. [Other Viewing Areas]

Guests without invitation letters can watch the ceremony simultaneously at the Ming-Chi Auditorium on the first floor of the comprehensive building, the International Conference Hall on the first floor of the Library and Information Building, the stairway classrooms on the first floor of the gymnasium, or at various department farewell party venues through synchronized video streaming. Electronic instructions are available on the first floor of the gymnasium.

 III. After the ceremony concludes around 10:30, guests are welcome to freely enter the fifth floor of the gymnasium for group photos.

 IV. Free parking will be available from 7:00 to 18:00 at the campus on the day of the ceremony. Please follow the instructions of the traffic control personnel for parking.

 V. Guests unable to attend in person can watch the ceremony online by visiting the graduation ceremony section on the school's website.
