Graduating students who need to rent an academic gown on short notice, please visit Ms. Wu (#2307) at the Division of Discipline (Office of Student Affairs) on the 2nd floor of the Gymnasium to register and pay the rental fee.
Please take proper care of the gown during the rental period. In case of loss or damage, compensation will be required at full replacement cost.

Important Dates

1. Registration: From now until May 21 (Thu) 17:00
2. Pick-up: May 25 (Mon) 11:00 – 17:00
3. Return: May 30 (Sat) 11:00 – 14:00

Fee Description

1. Rental Deposit: $1,000 per set.
   The deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the gown in undamaged condition.
    
2. Cleaning Fee (Non-refundable):

• Bachelor’s Gown: $300
• Master’s Gown: $400
• Doctoral Gown: $500

Please complete the above within the designated timeframe.
