Free parking will be available from 7:00 to 18:00 at the campus on the day of the ceremony. Please follow the instructions of the traffic control personnel for parking.

1.[Sixth Floor of the Gymnasium] - Please be seated by 9:00 AM.

• • The main venue can accommodate approximately 350 guests,with entry requiring an invitation.
  • Priority invitations are given to award-receiving students, each of whom may bring two guests. Any remaining seats will be allocated to departments based on the number of graduating students.

2.[Other Viewing Areas – For Guests Without Invitations]

• • Indoor Livestream Venues:
    • Mingzhi Lecture Hall, Comprehensive Building
    • 1st Floor Lecture Hall, Library & Information Center
    • 1st Floor Step-Classroom, Gymnasium
  • Outdoor Viewing Area:
    • A large screen will be set up on the 1st floor of the Gymnasium.

To avoid overcrowding, guests are encouraged to remain within their respective department areas.After the ceremony concludes around 10:30, guests are welcome to freely enter the fifth floor of the gymnasium for group photos.

3. Guests unable to attend in person can watch the ceremony online by visiting the graduation ceremony section on the school's website.
