Notes for Ceremony Invitation Cards 
Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026, 9:30 AM — Please be seated by 9:00 AM.
Venue: Spectator Seating Area, 5th and 6th Floors, Gymnasium. 

1. Due to limited seating capacity, admission to the main venue requires an invitation card. Lost invitations will not be reissued, so please keep them in a safe place. 
2. Invitation cards are prioritized for family members and friends of award recipients on stage (2 cards allocated per student). Each invitation card admits one person only. 
3. Please line up at the entrance on the 1st floor of the gymnasium and follow the instructions of the staff for admission. 
4. Once admitted, the invitation card will be marked and invalidated, and cannot be reused. 
5. For admission control and verification purposes, guests who temporarily leave the gymnasium during the ceremony will be identified by a hand stamp upon re-entry.
